Stavroula Sabazioti
As a Native Speaker of English, having grown up in Montreal, Canada and lived for over ten years in Melbourne, Australia, I bring a different approach to teaching.
With studies in English-speaking universities and over 30 years of classroom experience, I firmly believe that a language is learned correctly only when it is experienced. At our center, we invest in teachers who are native speakers, conveying to our students not only grammar but also authentic accent and culture.
Niki Xarchakou
Native speaker and graduate of the Bachelor of Arts in English Language & Literature program from the University of New Hampshire in America, having acquired the necessary skills for proper learning of the English Language through the TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) program.
I bring a different approach with experience in modern trends in teaching English as a Second/Foreign Language. This way we teach students in an experiential way to develop their skills, gain independent critical thinking and enrich themselves with knowledge so they can be natural holders of the English Language.
Our Philosophy
At our Center, we believe that learning a foreign language is not just memorizing words, but a gateway to a new culture. Our goal is to inspire our students to love knowledge.
We apply experiential teaching methods, where the student is the protagonist. Through interactivity, games for the younger ones, and discussion for the older ones, we build confidence and fluency. We don't just prepare students for exams, we prepare citizens of the world.
STUDY CENTER «MELETITIRIO & MATHISI»
At our Study Center, we emphasize the completion of the child's homework for the next day, but also the acquisition of long-term knowledge, the development of their abstract thinking, and independence.
In our Study Center, we work according to the needs of each child, within the framework of a small group where teamwork and cooperation are developed.
Having experienced teachers, we prepare students for the next day's lessons with diligence and consistency, as we explain the lesson and its basic concepts. We also do regular reviews, and our goal is the completion of the child's homework, so they are free for other creative activities.
OUR GOALS:
- To responsibly cover the needs of the modern school as well as the difficulties faced by modern families.
- To highlight their abilities by boosting their self-confidence.
- To learn to organize their time based on their workload.
- To adopt a strategy for effective study, so that over time they acquire the foundations for an autonomous path to meet the needs of Middle and High School.
